v  Prepare Tender Preliminary schedule including Project Codes, Activity Codes and WBS Codes

v  Prepare detail Baseline Construction Schedule incorporating all the aspects of works from Engineering, Procurement, Mobilization, Construction, Fabrication, Installation and Turn-over

v  Prepare Histograms, S‐Curves, Cost/ Resource Loading and Look‐ahead Schedules which include the design and forecasting of accomplishment to meet the target milestone.

v  Labelling of each folders.

Baseline preparation, progress monitoring and proress reports as requirement of project Engineer.

Time Impact Analysis as a results of various instruction of the Engineer for the Contractors claim for time extension
