Improved project team performances by developing and implementing weekly Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Critical Path Methodology (CPM), resource loading, and the Integrated Master Plan (IMP).

Ability to schedule significant development and/or production programs using the Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and or Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). This includes the establishment of baseline schedules, task networking, the development of workaround schedules, schedule status, performance tracking, and critical path reporting and analysis. Capable of working with SAP, Cobra and MPM.

• Develop management information from the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to include corrective action planning and present the data to the program team.
