Team Leader at Project Management Office (PMO).

Responsibly-  Management of 5 PMO team members ,implementation of planning and control process in the Bank's IT Division units, build and maintenance PMO infrastructure tool including a project of implementing new project management system and building tools for IT Governance using advanced BI tools. From 2008 also PMO of the implementation of risk management system project (Basel II).

PMO of Discount Bank "OFEK" project (replacing the bank's IT infrastructure and systems), responsible for planning and control of the project including risk management, coordinating between development and integration teams.

PMO of Discount Bank IT Infrastructure Unit. Responsible for implementing planning and control methodologies, maintenance of project management system
