Experience as:
- Line Manager in international organisations
- Head of Plannning & Scheduling for an EPC-Contractor
- Planner for: oil&gas, chemical plants, refineries, industrial plants, shut-downs, new product development, nuclear plants, software development, others
- Senior consultant and trainer for Project Management and for Primavera P3 and P3e/P4/P5/P6;
Detailed planning of two offshore Wind Farms inc procurement, manufacture, logistics, installation and commissioning (total value 900m GBP)
Responsible for the program in offshore wind farm projects.
Managing stake holders internally and externally.
Periodic reporting for Management and client. Progress curve, MTA, etc...
Creating whatif scenarios and analysing them.
