- Modify the existing overall schedule using PRIMAVERA P6 software.
- Create list of wbs, activities, its relationship with other activities (predecessors/successors), and lags for inputting in PRIMAVERA P6.
- Estimate staff effort for each activity and forecast the duration of each activity using a standard productivity rate data.
- Organize activities by defining and assigning activity codes.
- Subdivide the overall schedule in 2 weeks look-ahead schedule.
- Create a milestone schedule that highlights the major elements of the schedule.
