Part of Shell’s Global Projects Organisation seconded to Shell Gabon’s Toucan and Koula projects.  Cost Management Focal Point in Project Management team on >US$ 0.6 billion fast-track appraisal and phased development projects (40 wells, FEED, EPFs and EPCs).  Developed robust controls framework for EPC phases, reinforcing the risk management process across a multi-venture environment.  Implemented and enforced VOWD, Commitment and Progress capture and reporting systems for full field development to ensure ‘no surprises’.  Ensured full transparency on contingency draw

Site Planning Engineer responsible for the monitoring of Planning Procedures & Progress of the Contractor during the Fabrication & Commissioning of the Accommodation Unit for the Nelson Project.

While in Shell Nigeria E&P (SNEPCO) my role was Lead Cost/Planning Engineer on the Bonga Main Integrated Projects, a thirty- two (32)-Well deepwater development, which pioneered deepwater exploration in Nigeria. My portfolio included cost estimating, control and planning for Bonga phase 2, Bonga North-west and Short Term Infield opportunities (STIFO) wells. My responsibilities included development of various levels of schedules, and participation in contract evaluation from pre-qualification stage through final award.

Planner looking after Shells drilling assets in its Northern North Sea Operations, at the time nine insatllations.

To oversee a more realistic distribution of resources and man hours for all four of Shells Brent field platforms. This was done utilising Artemis and Shells own Integrated Maintenance Management System to produce a six year lookahead.

Rsponsible to the senior planner for production of networks, barcharts and various ancillary reports utilising Artemis for Shell’s Central Fields. This work included looking after logistics for personnel and materials for hookup, shutdown and major and minor contracts.

Worked as a technical author preparing detailed trip and alarm routines for all of Shell’s Northern North Sea installations which included offshore trips to liase with production and instrument techs.
