Initially appointed as the Planning Manager, Program Management Office (PMO) – Dubai Metro and Tram O&M Contract to spearhead the planning, reporting and programme development functions of PMO, later promoted to Senior Planning Manager to lead the planning and reporting activities for ongoing/upcoming rail projects in the Middle East.

Instrumental in the development of strategic integrated change management programme led by the Programme Director (PMO); demonstrated how identified change management initiatives will be implemented over a period to improve the service delivery efficiency through multi-skilling, attaining cost efficiency and as a result, desired future savings achieved by RTA    

• Implemented and monitored the use of business processes for the preparation of proposals, pre-qualification questionnaires, expressions of interest and offers made via framework contracts; 
• Responsible for the compliance and quality of bids and proposals, ensuring the correct reviews were completed and documented in accordance with the bid-project lifecycle processes; 
• Ensured that all documentation was completed and correctly filed so that proposals were delivered on time;
• Worked on partnership bids, collaborating with other BMT Operating Companies as

Programme Planner / Scheduler, to set up an International Project Planning Office for a SAP HR programme (Empower)

Creation of working plans and optioneering / recovery plans for borehole development. Highlighting deviations and providing early warnings. Identifying and presenting project slippage recovery strategies.

Production and update of Primavera P6 plan and cost reports.

Development of WBS, Schedule and KPIs for AP1000 project.

Accurately identifying, controlling & forecasting / reporting timescales and resource requirements.
