B30 Legacy Pond is an ailing building from the 1960s that is at various stages of decommissioning. Known as the most polluted industrial building in Europe, it represents one of the world’s toughest radiological decommissioning operation engaging all levels of stakeholders. Value is in excess of £70m over the whole life-cycle. Scope includes; O&M, EPC, construction, HVAC, all levels of waste disposal routes within stringent safety practices.
