Prepare three-week and one-week lookahead schedule with corresponding to availability o fmaterial and workfront.
Monitor and update project status.
Identify causes of delays in the projects.
Monitor/update daily manpower and manhours used for the project.
Prepare/update daily monitoring drawing checklist.
Adopt in preparing Master schedule incorporated with Manpower & Equipment requirement.
Co-ordination with Clients regarding the schedule, progress requirements, achievements & other requirement.
Co-ordination with all discipline Planners, Superintendents and Managers regarding the schedule & progress.
Co-ordination with other contractors in respect of the work fronts availability, schedules & requirement.
Preparation of Weekly reports & Monthly reports for Internal & External Management.
Preparation of Two weeks & Three Months L
Various Roles and Functionaliry from Project Manager, Construction Manager, Planning and Control Manager.
<br>Having been involved in 1 Bil dollar project, to 40 Mil, to 20 Mil and 10 Mil respectively.
