Currently working within Project Management Office that supports a Program and ensure the Primavera and PPM tools are used effectively and pragmatically to enable Program Management and governance. This Program includes Seven Hospital projects amounting 721 Million USD, situated in different cities of Saudi Arabia.

· Manage the Planning and Project Controls team.
· Use Primavera P3 ver. 3.1 and P6 ver. 7 to prepare the construction schedules
· Earn value management for the project.
· Report regularly to Project Director on program schedule.
Revised & got approval of Working Schedule Using Primavera P6.
Recorded the Delays Due to hold Areas & Claimed EOT.
Updated the Progress, Analyzed Delays & advised the solutions.
Evaluate Delay impact for Land Acquisition issues & prepared the revised Baseline.
Prepared the Resource histograms (Manpower/ Equipment) & Project Cash Flow.
Monitored & Managed Resources (Manpower & Material)
