Management of junior schedulers and planners
Development of new maintenance practices including RCM, Condition Based Monitoring, Planned Preventive and Predictive Maintenance.
Site wide training on planning practices and SAP use, including implementation of self written procedures and work instructions.
Development of planning specific and work specific processes, procedures and work instructions
Project Planning for capital improvement projects and new installations
