Rakeen Senior Planner
Develop and maintains the Company’s Master Schedule incorporating 15 current projects as of December 2006. Impose milestone for each of these projects. Develop and update project controls tools (e.g. Weekly & Monthly Projects Status Reports and Board of Directors Report). Develop the reclamation phasing plan for the Al Marjan Island project as well the overall infrastructure schedule. Establish cash flows and review and analyze consultants / contractors schedules.
