Have worked since 1990, and have supported clients who had requirements for CPM scheduling and no personnel who had ever heard of CPM scheduling.  That environment has changed through the years, and now I'm supporting clients who have rigorous CPM specifications that I help them to acheive.

I'm currently a consultant working mostly with construction clients preparing baseline schedules and update systems for mostly public works projects. I've developed a specialty in preparing cost-loaded (read really Schedule of Value-loaded) schedules that are used to authenticate monthly pay applications.
