Responsible for development, control and monitoring of titanium and 6Mo pipe fabrication schedule for Exxon Mobil’s Hebron project. Updating and tracking progress against baseline and reporting on the outputs. Other duties include creating fabrication workpacks, coordinating the coatings process and shipping to ensure timely site delivery. Deputised for the Project Manager during business and vacation absences.

Led the on-site project controls function; including developing the multi-disciplinary construction schedule, updating progress, monitoring against baseline, tracking changes, developing recovery plans, drafting change requests, preparing reports using Earned Value techniques and producing KPI reports and S-curves. Also, managing labour, equipment and materials resources to ensure efficient flow of work was maintained.
