Project: Consultant (The Engineer) for Dubai Metro Project both Red Line & Green Line (Value: $ 8 Billion +

Variations).                                   

Developing and managing Project Controls functions for $80M Lump sum Job.

Worked as a Cost and Schedule Engineer on a gas processing facility, valued at $26M.  Prepared monthly cost forecast and maintained project cash flow for Chevron Magnolia Plant.  Forecasted and reported commitments and expenditures for engineering, equipment and bulk materials.  Processed client and home office change requests, tracked man-hours and compiled manpower curves.

Los Angeles Metro Rail. (Five Years) Worked as a Claims Engineer and Project Controls Engineer on the Red Line Subway project. Analyzed claims valued at $13M on four subway station construction projects. Defended LACMTA in the dispute resolution process and argued disputes before the Disputes Review Board. Performed claim entitlement analysis, developed negotiation strategies, recommended settlements and prepared change orders for client approval. Reviewed and approved contractor submitted construction schedules and performed time-impact analyses for change orders.

* Expertise in Primavera-P3 & P6; developing WBS, including activities, resources, Creating master schedule information (milestones, work break-down structure, interfaces, durations).

* Update of planning & scheduling activities, Issuing instructions to achieve forecast planning targets, Preparing & controlling activities daily, weekly, monthly planning schedules.

* Preparing intermediate schedules in Excel, Histograms, s-curves.
