Ordina is a mid-size (3,000 employees) software integrator in the Netherlands. The Pricing Office is the knowledge center for the pricing and costing of IT projects and services. The pricing focuses on the willingness to pay by customers and pricing benchmarks related to the competition. The costing focuses on integral cost calculations for service offerings.
