I had 7 years experince in construction mangement, by working in one of the largest construction company (Orascom), I get used to make tender schedules, contract schedules and baseline detailed schedules.
I am responsible for making update to the programme and changing the sequance somehow based on the site obstacles faced, also i am very aware of fedic and contracts issue which it is easier to make claims and get extension of time (if needed).
