OCI has significant track record in the construction of fertilizer plants having provided construction services on four fertilizer plants in Egypt. OCI is constructing world class fertilizer complex in Oran, Algeria with 1.87 million TPA of ammonia/urea. I am responsible in this project for;
- In-charge of Planning/Scheduling, Progress monitoring & Resources management of the mechanical construction & commissioning.
• Prepare Tender and construction schedules: A tentative time schedule is prepared at the tender stage. This schedule is further detailed and refined at the construction phase.

My experience includes developing projects time and cost baselines, analysis, monitoring and controlling project time and cost throughout the project lifecycle, analyzing projects’ performance during its various phases and ensuring compliance with the baselines.
