·         Preparation of baseline program master schedule base on project requirements and perform critical path analysis.

·         Analyze the work statements and drawings for preparation of level IV activity networks in order to calculate the require resource for smooth execution of project;

·         Responsible for preparing all documents relating progress measurement and monitoring.

·         Analyze drawings, specifications and SOW for preparation of activity networks for project planning and scheduling.

·         Preparation and implementation of three month and four week look ahead plan
