Senior level construction professional with around 39 years of overall experience in construction industry in India and Middle East, out of which more than 25 years in the Middle East with wide ranging proven experience in Project execution, Project controls, and Project planning and monitoring.
Major exposure includes Multi storey towers, Luxury Hotels & Resorts, Palaces, Housing complexes, Industrial and Marine Structures.
AREAS OF EXPERTISE:
Currently working as Vice President and Head of Project Controls/ Planning for one of India’s top most real estate developer M/s Oberoi Realty Ltd. Based in Mumbai. During my tenure established a dedicated Planning Department, Control processes and overseeing all planning & project control functions as below :
