I have been scheduling for the better part of 12 years, starting with an engineering firm and then working with a large construction company. Primavera, first in P3 and now P6, have been my primary tools of the trade. I have dabbled with MS Project but I don't find that it has the analytical capabilities of Primavera. I have been involved with building integrated schedules for a nationwide fiber optic network, and the Chicago based CREATE program. I have built construction schedules for a variety of projects including several site prep, mass grading and runway projects at O'hare.
