Change Control Manager

Implement the Alliance Change Control/Trend procedure and all aspects of change for the Alliance Head of Commercial and Project Director.

Interface with Network Rail West Coast Major Works Project Controls and Change Control Managers, including the Area Director West Coast Blockade Team.

Develop and report the Alliance anticipated final costs and required budget including authoring of new investment authority/paper.

Project financial control and cost/budget analysis for project budget of £146 million.

Planning to safely deliver a linespeed enhancement project subcontracted to Rail/Civils and Signalling, M&E, OLE contractors, on time and on budget including Design, Procurement, Implementation/Construction, Testing & Commissioning, Recovery, Handback and project close out, recovery. Interfacing with oracle projects in budget forecasting and reporting on actual material and resource costs.

Since joining Network Rail in July 2006 I initially worked on the West Coast Main Line on the A09 Line Speed Enhancement Project. In November 2008 I have been transferred to the National Project Team based in York, in that time I have done the following activities at development stage:



•Created a high level P3/P3e schedule & updated it from the desktop scoping exercise done by the engineers.
