King’s Cross Station Redevelopment Programme
Planner for the Enabling Works programme managed a programme for decant of the Western Range, construction and provision of temporary public facilities to enable the structural and refurbishment works on the Western Range

- Primary Project Planning Engineer. Collation and maintenance of engineering, design, risk mitigation, manufacturing, information technology, financial, and bearer tie trial work-stream data to form a roll-out Management Programme that conformed to a number of different delivery models.
- Responsible for maintaining a fully cost loaded Master Programme which was compliant with NR project guidelines, GRIP, reporting cycles including MBR, and KPI review.

- High Output System 4, BCS & TRS Acquisition and Commission - LNE and LNW. Principal Project Planning Engineer.
- Lead Planner responsible for maintaining Network Rail LNW S&C Design Programmes and KPIs, (Contractors include: Jacobs, Atkins, Scott Wilson, Arup, Corus).
In this role I’ve experienced the application of project planning, managing a portfolio to an approximate annual value of £150 million. I’ve developed Project Plans from Development, through into realisation, to handover and project close out, including monthly performance reporting to the Project team. I’ve acted in a supervisor role within the Project Planning team. Toolset used primarily has been Primavera P3e version 5, Microsoft Project 2007 and MS Excel for financial data analysis.
