Thameslink project – working to deliver additional capacity on Key routes within the south east specifically planning platform extensions at more than 20 stations between central London and Bedford.

As a Project Planer working with in central function team my main responsibilities are to provide programme planning support to Thameslink Central Engineering and Sponsor teams. Working on my own initiative and liaising with project’s teams to develop the best logic for the live programmes, collecting project data and transferring it in to programme plan. Updating activity schedule and creating project’s baseline. Generating Programme progress, Stage Gate, Coded reports and supporting engineering teams on accountability review meetings.
