2011-2013            NATS Operations Engineering – Business Manager

Initially the BD Manager roles were created as a direct result of the business wanting to generate a new source of revenue.  The role for Asset Engineering was integrated into NATS Operations Engineering following a Strategic re-organisation.  Duties of the role included:-

2009-2011            NATS Asset Engineering – Engineering Manager

2002-2003                            NATS Military Systems - Department Project Planning – Project Planner

Joined the Military Systems, Software Development Division to assist in the development of Project Planning and to develop the Project Standards.  Responsible for planning SLAs Interfacing with Middle Management and all staff within the Division.

2000-2002            NATS Software Services - Department Project Planning – Project Planner

Trained in all aspects of project planning to introduce project standards into the Software Development Division.  Included Leading on the management of the Training and Development Systems for the department.  Achieved capturing true project costs through the introduction of a new timesheet administration system for circa 40 staff.

Interfacing with the senior Management team and all staff in the Division.
