Alignment of project scope with cost estimate and project schedule, along with resource analysis and inter-project linking with a site detailed schedule being the main focus of the review strategy.

Responsibilities including the development of an integrated programme schedule to enable the successful delivery of nine work streams to the key dates set by OFWAT as part of the price review for 2009. Utilising Prince2 planning methodologies to manage risk and change control processes within the PMO, assessing impact on schedule and reporting back to project managers.
