Prepared work programs for the M&E site staff consisting of 20 personnel. Monitored the man-hours for submission of monthly claim.

• To develop, interpret, operate and monitor all relevant programmes for the Mitsui Babcock site team such that the contract can be controlled within budget and duration.
• To produce all necessary programmes to reflect the overall contract requirements, ensuring all site engineers are advised of the contract key dates to be achieved and are being routinely monitored.
• To liaise with the Client to record progress and establish reporting procedures throughout the contract duration enabling accurate progress claims to be submitted.
• To ensure that progress is monitored

• Prepare resourced shutdown programme from client SAP generated work orders (WO).
• Update & maintain WO database and all associated WO documentation.
• Produce progress ‘S’ curves and resource histograms.
• To liaise with client on all aspects of work pack development and approval.

• Carrying out Project Planning duties at various sites for Power Station Shutdowns (Software Tool; P3). Updating plans on a daily basis. Types of site were Nuclear, Petrochemical and Conventional.

• Attending meetings with project team and client twice a day.

• Reviewing resource levels for project, and rectifying overallocations

• Providing S-Curves on a daily basis to client.
