Job Description:
- Responsible for the routine maintenance, repair, troubleshooting of computer systems and software.
- Analyze and solve operational computer error and explain to client the problem that has occurred.
- Perform installation of computer software and hardware, database management and repair of network problems.
- Diagnose and discard malware; setup and configure security software (antivirus tools and firewall).
- Handles the inventory of computer hardware and maintenance of repair records
