Exp in progress monitoring/updating by liasing with project managers and working along side senior planners,creating reports,WBS.

Sub-surface Line upgrades (SSL London Underground) April 2010 to January 2011

Working on the signalling upgrade to the Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan and District lines

Working as Senior Planner with two direct reports covering seven fully cost loaded programmes

Period updates including forecasting of actuals (Dates) programme reviews

Interfacing with key stakeholders and contractors ensuring programmes are provided with in time constraints containing all relevant information.

2006 – 2007             Lead Project Planner

Leading a small team of planners providing detailed fully cost loaded programmes to London Underground (LU), for Metronet Rail Limited (MRL). This was as part of the additional works programme based at Derbyshire house.

Management of cross-functional teams to deliver multiple workstreams in Signalling Design, Rolling Stock and EES projects.

The preparation of resource and delivery plans using P3e/c including aggressive schedules with limited resource, showing deliverables, timescales, milestones and key events. Providing management information required by the Project Manager including regular reports detailing progress, spend and resource effort, against P3e/c plans.
