Detailed Job Description:
Lead senior planner for multi-concurrent projects comprising of 30 hectares land development, 5 star business & lifestyle hotel, mall and retail buildings and three BPO office towers all located at one of Metro Manila's newest city center.
Responsible on planning and scheduling works for station construction to integrate with master construction programme using primavera p6. To ensure the doability of the construction programme of station in relation to the viaduct construction and electro-mechanical works.
I am Alvin Saringo, currently employed as Construction Manager for Makati Development Corp. for Solstice Tower 1 Project. Solstice Tower 1 is a 43 storey residential building with 8 Podium Level and 35.
I previously worked as a Design Supervisor with the same company on a different group/ department. In-charge on the strategic design for building construction such as formworks and construction phasing.
