·         Prepares Project Execution Schedule including resource allocation based on project contractual requirement.

·         Develops well-defined and properly sequenced work activities in close coordination with the PM PIC.

Estimate / quantify work items based on approved construction drawings, existing field conditions and specifications.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly manpower, materials, and equipment schedules.
Prepare quantity take-off and evaluate cost proposals.

Ensure the implementation of the quality plans and objectives of the department and project assignment.
