Site manager of the Devonport Navy Museum, managed the construction of the new museum within the structure of a historic building frame.
Worked along site the Auckland historic society and Opus Archiologists.
Site manager for Manurewa Multisport building and MRFC rugby club. Site managed a two building development in a sports park valued at $3m. The PM for the project was only on the job for a minimal time so management of all onsite work / projurment was under my controll, I worked along side the project QS to lett trades and managege the budget, managed sub-contractors, Health & Safety and Quality.
Project Manager / Ran the project valued $4m which was the demolition and construction of a multistory police station. No planner was allocated to the project so I did that work as well.
Worked with my siye supervsor and Quatity Survayor to complete the project on time and on budget.
Project controlls for Otahuhu Police Station. Monitored the programme (schedule creted by another planner) Produced information for EOT clains and schedules througout to help reduce delays found on site.
3 years in Mainzeal construction training programme. Spent 2/3's of teh time site managing projects and completed the time by project managin a small $2m Project.
