Project Planner:

Accountable to the Prject Manager for service and to the Head of Profession for standards;

Assist Project Managers in conducting interactive planning sessions, capturing output to form the basis of project plans

Produce level 3 and 4 schedule for Project Managers

Maintain integrity of schedules through compliance and procedures, e.g change control

Maintain alignment of schedules in the schedule hierarchy to ensure absolute linkage

Planner responsible for developing and reporting on full site plifecycle plans across Operations, Defuelling, Conventional decommissioning, ILW Management, Waste Retrieval & Processing

Developed a business case and revised baseline for eight sites utilising new technologies.

Head of Scheduling for Strategic Programmes within Magnox Ltd - assisted in developing our assurance model and carries out assurance reviews of all programme baseline changes prior to insertion.
Currently leading transition to full managed service for Project Controls within Strategic Programmes
Production of Milestone Sequence Charts for each individual programme, production of high level graphics for each individual programme.
Resource management of all planning resource allocated to Strategic Programmes
