- Undertake project planning and schedule development, maintenance and monitoring for all phases of the Programme, including engineering, procurement, construction and start-up of facilities.
- Monitor and review key performance indicators to benchmark individual & collective project performance, Implement schedule controls including management of float, earned value and critical paths.
- Analyse and study problem areas to determine criticality of schedule activities.
