Sets up cost control system, monitors and controls costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system. Performs analyses and prepares reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines. Prepares budgets and schedules for contract work and performs and/or assists in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis. Prepares program plans to ensure program requirements and statement of work are captured and scheduled.

•Managed and led a team of interdepartmental coworkers from the finance and engineering departments to plan, build, and implement a new master scheduling software and methodology. Also trained same team in project scheduling best practices, which they later became permanent members of the scheduling team.

IS&GS-Defense product line representative board member of the Planning and Scheduling Sub-Council (PSSC) of the Program Performance Leadership Team (PPLT) for the Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMC). The charter of the PSSC is to identify issues and make recommendations relevant to the performance of Planning and Scheduling duties across the four Lockheed Martin business units.
