Duties & Responsibilities
Project Controls Lead and Manager, Leading the implementation of Site Production Control Planning
Design and Construct Contract upgrading 17km of motorway and associated services included sixteen structures, two tunnel widening operations with live traffic and the upgrade of the ITS and general M&E Services of the motorway(AUS$ 5500 million)
Co-ordination and maintenance of cost forecast revisions for assigned portion of project scope including implementation within project cost management and forecasting system, identify and allocate budget to scope packages, preparation of cost estimates, trend register, cost, commitment and forecast reports, input to project Monthly Cost Reports and Cash-flow forecasts.
Preparation of valuations, cost analysis for Project Monthly Report to Branch, co-ordination of procedures for monthly cost review and forecasting, maintain Project work breakdown structure and implement within the cost management and forecasting system, preparation of monthly progress claim, assist administration of subcontracts, cash-flow forecasts.
Required to develop and expand on the current project programme whilst scheduling and providing progress reports to both the client and subcontractors.
Develop and maintain project master program in Primavera 6.
Provide programming support for internal project progress, resourcing and costing reports.
Develop progress reports for external project stakeholders such as Main Roads, SMEC and project Governance Board members.
Liaise daily with key project personnel for status updates, reporting and planning / scheduling activities.
Provide Primavera system support, advice and training for site staff
