Kumagai Gumi, Skanska International Civil AB, HCC, Itochu – JV as Cost Control Engineer

KSHI-JV is a JV for executing the turnkey project for design and construction of a 4.5 Km portion of the Underground Delhi Metro Rail Project & Metro Stations.

Worked with KSHI JV ( Kumagai Skanska HCC & Itochu )as Planning Manager on their Delhi Metro Rail Project . The Project comprises of construction of Underground Delhi Metro Rail Project from ISBT to VishvaVidhyalaya ( 4.10 Kms) under Cut & Cover (Tunnel Protion 3 kms ) and Station Building .



My main responsibility were



Development of Project Plan on Primavera P3 (Ver 3.1)

•     Monitoring & Planning 100 MT Cutting & Bending in Single Shift.

•     Supervision of all activities from receipt to dispatch of Reinforcement.

•     Co-ordination with Quality Control & Client for Quality Assurance & Testing of Materials.

•     Stock Monitoring based on requirement of four sections of MC1A.

•     Production Planning based upon manpower & demand from site during peak time.
