Assistant Engineer - Planning & Project Control, Kentz Engineers & Constructors, Multiple Projects / Petrochemical ; Oil and Gas / EPC Project Controls

START Date

I am a certified Electrical Engineer and worked as an Electrical Engineer, a Project Controls engineer and also assisted the project manager on many occasions. I haven't really had much planning and scheduling experience since I do not know how to allocate resources and schedule activities accurately. I want to become a planner / scheduler, but I do not know how to. I am hoping to get some information and probably any reference information from here.
