Charles worked with the design management team to manage the design for modernisation and refurbishment of underground stations. Working with the Project Control team to bring in best practice to planning, progress reporting and performance measurement processes, including chairing progress review meetings; re-baselined the programme and realigned reporting systems with the programme.
