Chief Department of Project Planning & Control

Establish and maintain quality standards in planning and controlling. Coordinate internal project to develop improvements for the department's own operations. Supervise regularly the trends and forecasts of consumption of man-hours budgeted. Identify staff training needs in order qualify them for the development of an efficient work.
