Planning construction, senior planning engineer can work alone or with others teaching planning engineers the skills of planning, progress, contracts, how to read drawings, P&ID's, D&IDS, Isometrics etc. 

Provided project controls services since 1988 mostly in the oil and gas industry, from project controls systems development and support, to lead planner, covering all phases of project execution.  Developed initial overall project estimates combining cost and schedule information; maintained overall project plans; produced periodic status reports and collated project close-out reports.  Projects, for both operator and contractor, have included small offshore construction, major refinery turnaround, brown field upgrades on operating platforms, mega-project green-field developments
