▪ The development of the project schedule according to the commercial needs.

▪ Perform a variety of cost engineering functions including cost control, budget preparations, projected cash

 flow, forecasting, and cost reporting under limited supervision.

▪ Review project man-hours and the allocation of man-hours, labors cost, material purchasing in conjunction  

  with the planning team on weekly basis.

Responsibility  :          

·         Preparation & Tracking of the Project Master Schedule, Curves & Manpower Histogram.

·         Identification, Monitoring & Streamlining of Critical Paths Running through the Master Schedule.

1.     Work directly with the planning and Estimation Department Manager to allocate and plan required resources of labour, under various trades and professions and tools and equipment to build the Project Planning Ledger (PPL)

2.     Manage, direct and streamline the activities of the Planning Department Team
