liaise with engineering and construction team to prepare schedule and programmes

Assist with the preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports

Production of "what if" scenario and ad hoc plans as required

Review NSC's construction programme, S curves and other monitoring tools

Consolidate and create coordination programme

Support other teams if required

Preparation of Tender programmes for other projects.

- Assist the Project Manager to handle the contract administration works, follow up with requirements of the contract and act as the communication link between the project team and external parties. - Implement proper management, review and checking of MEP drawings, schedules and specifications for completeness, correctness, constructability, correctly cross referenced and coordinated with other disciplines. - Ensure that the latest revision of construction drawings is properly distributed to relevant parties in due course.

- Comment and review trade contractor's construction programme

- Create monitoring progress mark up

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports

- Attend internal meetings & contractor's weekly progress meeting

- Prepare monthly update for Master Construction Programme

- Prepare coordinated/interfacing programme

- Assess claims of trade contractors.

•     Approving/disapproving sub-contractors programmes

•     Tracking procurement schedules, compare contractors 3-week rolling programmes with the Master Programme and advised contractors the schedule of areas to work on

•     Conduct daily site inspection for site work progress with photo recording and programme updating.

•     Liaise with other trades and subcontractor for avoid work area conflicts.
