Joined Honeywell as planning leader for the Process Solutions Sector, managing planning and cost control activities for all active projects in the Middle East. Following are my main responsibilities:
• Support the migration from P3 to Primavera 5.0 in the ME Region.
• Lead the planning and cost control activities for all active projects.
• Manage the planning team and follow up on their performance and G&O’s.
• Carry out the full PCO Lead activities during his absence.
