I have spent my career gaining experience in various aspects of Project Controls with a primary focus in Scheduling and Earned Value Management. I have my primary training in Primavera Project Planner (P6), as well as the full Microsoft Office Suite. In my experience in Project Controls, I have also gained experience with Acumen Fuse, a schedule analytics and forensic schedule analysis software. Through using this software and other desktop tools I have been able to develop the necessary skills to be able to create detailed schedule reports for the Client and upper management.

Coordination and integration of multiple projects into the Program Master Schedule. Analyze results and produce narrative, cash flow, earned value reports, and other misc reports for Client. Review Time Impact Analysis for Claims. Review and provide input to contract ammendments. Participate in monthly PMOC meetings for the FTA.
