Assisted the General Contractor, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing subcontractors with planning the construction phase of a new $35M new high school. Established a baseline plan using Critical Path Method. Using status information provided by the GC and subcontractor. Facilitated monthy update review meetings to ensure the responsible subcontractors participates and are knowledgeable of projected plan. Provided monthly updates and reports to the Project Manager and team. Cost resource loading the schedule was value-engineered out.

Working with the Contractor and subcontractors facilitated the development of the baseline construction schedule using planning information. Provided bi-weekly updates and summary narrative reports detailing the longest/critical driving paths, performance analyses, suggestions to improve and/or avoid potential impacts for immediate timeframe and projected timeframe.

Contractor commences to abate hazardous materials, extensive demolition, new construction and renovations.

Facilitated the development of and maintained the construction schedule for a $50M minor league baseball stadium. Developed the baseline construction schedule using planning information provided by the Owner, Designer and Contractor.
