Michael Farin has over 18 years of experience on a variety of complex construction projects including those in buildings, roads and infrastructure, rail transportation, oil and gas, and power generation industries. He has a strong background in all phases of construction project management, combined with broad experience in critical path method scheduling, cost control, earned value management, contract management, delay and disruption analysis, loss productivity, EoT and cost claims, and dispute resolution.
Responsible for developing the Project Controls training, standards and procedures, providing scheduling, estimating, and claims expertise, as well as taking on project control responsibilities on project site as needed.
