I prepared an integrated completion and operational readiness programme for the final phase of the CTRL for URN and all stakeholders, encompassing the works and ensuring the buy in of all Stakeholders involved in operating the railway, Builder, Operators, Maintainer, Approving Authorities and the Client (3 days per week).
