Duties and Responsibilities

1. Establish the work breakdown structure (WBS) during the implementation of the project baseline schedule by deconstructing the project scope statement to more manageable pieces to include all work package levels.

2. Perform resource planning, loading, allocations and prepare the required manpower and equipment histograms.

3. Prepare the daily, weekly, monthly work progress reports and S-curve based on the progress measurement method agreed with the client and updated schedule.

- Reporting Delay & Claims.

- Dealing  with Scope changes/Variances.
