Summary of my responsibilities are:

GENERAL ELECTRIC OIL AND GAS: Subsea Systems/Offshore Projects

Integrated Project Planning Lead – Australia and Pacific Asia

Missions: Establish components repair planning.

Development and updating project reporting (qualification QMI & delivery).

Conducting meetings (weekly & monthly) with management.

Purchase orders request and goods delivery tracking.

·      Developed, Implemented, and Managed outside process procedures, to schedule and meet project needs.

·      Managed status, location, and completion dates of multiple projects.

·      Facilitated operational support needs for an overhaul & repair facility of Hydril, and Vetco Grey Subsea equipment.

·      Negotiated contractual agreements with vendors.

Project Planner/ scheduler/procument to create demand date for equipments inline with customer expectations

-     PMO member responsible for Planning discipline and all consecutives reports and control.
